Licensed builder supervising on site, with subcontractors we use repeatedly rather than whoever is free.

Site cleaned, defects closed out, certificates and compliance documentation handed over in the format you need.

What procurement will ask for

Insurances
Fully licensed and insured. Certificates of currency supplied on request, same day.
Safety & WHS
SWMS, inductions and site safety documentation supplied per project. Asbestos removal by licensed removalists.
Project documentation
Quoting and project management run through Buildxact, so scopes, variations and progress claims stay traceable.
Subcontractor network
An established pool covering demolition, asbestos, plumbing, tiling and painting. Licensed, insured and used repeatedly.
Electrical capability
Electrical delivered through Connect All Trade Solutions, our sister company, licensed and on the Sunshine Coast since 2000.
